Please note: all bookings are final and no refunds are given. If you need to reschedule, please contact me through the Connect portal within 36 hours of booking this service. Spiritual Coaching and Ministry Agreement This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [the date of booking], by and between The Spiritual Savage [Melissa M Bennett], a certified Ordained Minister, with a focus on empowering individuals to remember their power and revolutionize their lives, and [CLIENT], an individual seeking spiritual coaching and ministry services. The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which Melissa M Bennett will provide spiritual coaching and ministry services to the Client {you, as the person agreeing to this contract}, aimed at helping the Client reconnect with their inner power, achieve personal transformation, and live a more fulfilling and empowered life. Melissa M Bennett, The Spiritual Savage, agrees to provide the following services: -Spiritual Coaching Sessions: One-on-one coaching sessions focused on guiding the Client to uncover their true potential, overcome obstacles, and create a life aligned with their highest purpose. -Spiritual Guidance and Ministry: Offering spiritual teachings, practices, and support to help the Client deepen their connection with their higher self, embrace their spiritual path, and revolutionize their life. -Customized Action Plans: Development of personalized action plans and spiritual practices tailored to the Client’s specific needs and goals. -Ongoing Support: Continued support and guidance via email, phone, or other agreed-upon methods between sessions as outlined in the initial Discovery Session. **CANCELLATION POLICY**: Clients must provide at least 36 hours’ notice prior to appointment for rescheduling a session. Failure to do so will result in the full session fee being donated to The Ministry. Please note: all bookings are final, and no refunds are given.
